		<description>Well, looks like ewe were wrong.  

I feel sorry for Tammy Thomas because this will impact her ability to gratuate from law school and practice law. She will also probably get about a year in prison.  

Still, she had tested positive and knew that.  I am sure the denal was in direct contrivention of that and what she said in the testimony that is the subject of the perjury is false enough to constitute perjury.  

She should have taken the 5th.  Remember that.  If ewe are in a situation, take the 5th and keep mouth shut.  They can not charge ewe for keeping quiet.  They can grant immunity and then ewe have to testify, but if ewe still stay quiet, contempt is the most they can do to ewe.</description>
