If steroids were legal, the problems with abuse would be less than the current illegal use problems. Jails could be used for rapists, murderers, and other true criminals. A 'gym rat' does not need to go to prison for using steroids.... A child molester will get out of prison to make room for that steroid abuser. Does this make sense?
